Do I need to supply any tools?
No. Quayside Solutions carry all the tools they need to do the task that is required. 

What insurance do you provide?
We are covered by Public and Product Liability Insurance for your complete peace of mind.

Do I need to supply any materials?
This depends on what Service you require, and will be discussed further when you contact us. 

How do you charge and what forms of payment do you accept?
Please see our services pages for charges,and we accept Cash, Cheque & Bacs Payments

What are your working hours?
Our working hours are between 8am – 6pm although we will make every effort to accommodate our customer’s schedules. Work scheduled outside our normal hours may be possible but will be charged at a higher rate.

Will you dispose of the packaging? ( Flat-pack Assembly Only )
Yes, we will remove you empty packaging but a small charge may occur depending on the quantity.
